Dr. Michael Shatto
I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and raised in Livermore CA. My interest in chiropractic began in high school as I explored the various fields of health care. It has long been my dream to become a doctor. I was drawn to chiropractic first because treating a patient’s condition by addressing the cause rather than the symptoms had always made good sense to me. Second, because as a patient I have experienced the chiropractic adjustment as a powerful tool for addressing the causes of dysfunction. I studied locally at both KCC and OIT. In 2013 I completed my undergraduate work and transferred to the University of Western States in Portland OR. In 2016, I graduated Magna cum laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a BS in Human Biology. Following graduation I completed an internship at Back to Health Chiropractic Alliance under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Taylor. I benefitted immensely from learning from such a highly respected and skilled physician. My wife Tammy and I are excited to have returned home to our children, grand-children, parents, siblings and friends in Klamath Falls. We greatly enjoy practicing and serving in the community. I spend as much of my spare time as possible outdoors either fishing, hunting, or hiking. I love living in Klamath Falls because the opportunities to pursue these passions are endless. I count among my most treasured memories those spent fishing and hunting in the region with family and friends.
